Needs review before launch

Drafted to match how we work, but not reviewed by a lawyer. Have these checked, particularly the governing law clause, before the site is published.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and are issued in USD or EUR. Origination and tooling costs are shown separately from unit price. A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer, until we confirm the order in writing.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and, where a deposit applies, when that deposit is received. Lead times run from approval of the pre-production proof, not from order date.

3. Artwork and proofs

You confirm you have the right to use the artwork you send us and to have it reproduced. We will produce a pre-production proof and will not begin the production run until you approve it. Once a proof is approved, the approved proof is the reference against which the finished goods are judged.

4. Tolerances

Quantity delivered may vary from quantity ordered within quantity tolerance, e.g. ±5%, and the invoice is adjusted to the quantity delivered. Dimensional and colour tolerances are dimensional and colour tolerances. Holographic brightness and effect vary with viewing angle and lighting and are judged against the approved proof, not against a screen.

5. Payment

Terms are stated on the quotation. Card and PayPal are accepted on orders under USD 3,000; larger orders are by bank transfer or letter of credit. Title in the goods passes on receipt of full payment.

6. Delivery

Our default term is FOB Qingdao; DDP available on small orders. Under FOB terms, risk passes at the named port and you are the importer of record. Transit times quoted are estimates and exclude customs clearance at destination.

7. Claims

Inspect on receipt. Claims must reach us within claim window, in days of receipt with photographs and the order number. Where goods do not conform to the approved proof, we will remake the affected quantity or issue a credit, at your choice. That is the limit of our liability for non-conforming goods.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights in your artwork. Master shims produced from it are held under the custody terms on our Quality & IP page, which form part of these terms and are binding on us.

9. Limits

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
