How you pay, and how it reaches you
Published rather than negotiated case by case, because a first-time buyer importing from China deserves to know the answers before they ask.
Payment
Bank transfer is normal in our industry and unnerving if you have never bought from China before. So we take cards too.

| Credit card or PayPal | Orders under USD 3,000. Processing fees are shown on the quote rather than buried in the unit price. |
| Bank transfer (T/T) | Larger orders. Terms are stated on the quote, typically a deposit against origination and the balance before despatch. |
| Letter of credit | At sight, by arrangement. Sensible on large first orders where neither side knows the other yet. |
Quotes are issued in USD or EUR and are valid for 30 days.
Incoterms
Our default is FOB Qingdao. For small orders that is often the wrong choice for you, so DDP is available . We handle export, freight, import clearance and duty, and the price on the quote is the price to your door.
Take DDP. Under FOB you become the importer of record, which means arranging freight, a customs broker and duty payment yourself. That is fine at container volumes and a poor use of your week at five thousand labels.

Transit times are in addition to production lead time, and exclude customs clearance at your end. We quote freight separately so you can see what you are paying for speed.
Duties and taxes
Under DDP these are included in the quoted price. Under FOB Qingdao they are yours, and they depend on your country's tariff classification for self-adhesive labels. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin your broker will ask for.
